Tubbs Lake Resort Pet Rules

All rules apply to all campers

 

We welcome your quiet, non-aggressive pets.

  • Max 2 pets per site.
  • You are required to shot records available upon request.
  • No pets allowed in the store or any park buildings.
  • Owners are responsible for any injuries/damages caused by their pets,
  • You are required to clean up after your pet in all areas, even at your site
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash of no longer than 6 ft .  
  • When tied on your lot, dogs must be on a secure, durable chain or rope not allowing your dog to reach neighboring lot.
  • Owner will receive first & only warning for any pet being a nuisance.
  • Excessive barking is NOT allowed!
  • In the case of biting, violent or destructive , behavior you will be asked to leave immediately.  There will be no refunds.

 

  • Tubbs Lake Resort is not responsible in any way for any act of violence or destruction as a result of your animal.
  • Pet owner bears sole responsibility for any and all pet actions.
